Our family has been doing business with Pierre's for more than 10 years. We have brought all of our vehicles to Pierre's to have everything fixed from major accident damage to bent bumpers or squeaky doors. Dean and the crew have fixed them all quickly and efficiently. My most recent experience a couple weeks ago was as satisfying and rewarding as my first. Dean and Carolyn treat their customers like an extended family, never hesitating to go the extra mile to get you exactly what you need when you need it. They work with you to obtain the best result for your vehicle, giving you valuable and honest advice about your vehicle, and go out of their way to ensure that while your vehicle is being serviced, there is a minimum of interruption to your life. They truly take the "hassle" out of getting your vehicle fixed, and knowing that they are always there should I need them, gives our family security. I am not just a number, or another customer. I just stand in awe as I view my "friend" (my car) and marvel at the work done on it to make it like new. You truly are an institution here in Sioux Falls. Thank you for your kindness, concern and care. The young man who came for me and parked the car for access to the street so I could "zoom" out when the traffic allowed. Thanks to him.
